SmartSmoke is proud to stand behind the products it sells. Each component and accessory (except the Disposable Cartridges & Cartomizers) is fully warranted for the lifetime from the original date of purchase for replacement and exchange of the defective part or accessory. This warranty is also for any and all existing SmartSmoke customers who can prove they have purchased from an authorized reseller or distributor. If proof cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse any exchange. SmartSmoke will, at its discretion, replace any defective part with a brand new replacement that is identical or better and newer if available. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from loss of product, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modification or use of SmartSmoke devices with other manufacturers' chargers, batteries, cartridges or cartomizers.. This Lifetime Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law. The Lifetime warranty as stated above can be changed or revoked at anytime by SmartSmoke for any circumstance that creates the change a necessity. SmartSmoke reserves the right to null and void the Lifetime Warranty for whatever reason and at any time.
PLEASE NOTE: THE DISPOSABLE CARTRIDGES AND CARTOMIZERS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Return Policy
If you are having any issues with any SmartSmoke product, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. Any defects will be exchanged as to our Lifetime Warranty. Due to health code regulations, we cannot refund your purchase.
SmartSmoke makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Lifetime Warranty.
Online Warranty Claim Instructions
We will try our best to get your replacement product back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below. Please adhere strictly to the following instructions:
STEP 1
Contact us via email at the following address: info@smartsmoke.org or by telephone at 1-888-755-5311 to determine if the component is defective or being used improperly by the user. If determined that you need to return the product, then proceed to STEP 2 Do not return a part to us without first contacting us. Do Not return any Disposable Atomized Refills. These cannot and will not be exchanged.
STEP 2
Once the component has been determined to be defective, please pack the item securely in box or padded envelope and mail to one of the addresses below:

Please enclose the following: a) name, address, contact telephone, b) email address, c)defective part or parts, d) $10 to cover return shipping and handling.
DO NOT SEND ANY USED OR UNUSED CARTRIDGES OR CARTOMIZERS BACK TO US.
Once the defective part has arrived to our warehouse, we ask that you allow 3 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We will do our best to get out the replacement parts as soon as possible.
NO Returns and NO Refunds are offered, only exchanges as stated above.
